Proposal of AGM 2024 Questions
Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) focuses on compliance with principles of good corporate governance. We realize the rights of shareholders and equitable treatment of shareholders. We would like to invite shareholders to submit questions in advance for 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Please fill in the text as all detailed below, and send back to the company within April 16, 2024.
Company Secretary will collect questions from shareholders to the Chairman of the Board of Director and the management for consideration. The approved questions will be clarified in the AGM.
